🚀 Contract Opportunity: Process Automation Engineer (£450/day — Outside IR35 — Fully Remote)

Are you an expert in Business Process Automation, Salesforce Optimisation, and Production-Grade LLM Integration? Do you thrive working directly with the C-Suite to turn operational maps into living, automated reality?

We are partnering with a high-growth, remote-first AI SaaS scale-up that is automating workflows for the global hospitality and events sector. Having recently shifted from founder-led sales to a structured commercial model with a new CCO, they are optimising their internal engines.

The leaders are currently running at 200% capacity and need an exceptional, self-driven Process Automation Engineer to take ownership of their newly mapped workflows, take the pressure off their plate, and execute.

The Core Mission

They build cutting-edge AI automation for their customers, so they want to practice what they preach internally. You will partner with the SLT to eliminate manual operational friction, build robust LLM pipelines, and maximise their newly implemented Salesforce CRM.

• Translate Maps to Reality: Take existing high-level process maps and engineer automated, scalable workflows across the business.
• Salesforce Optimization: Take the reins of a fresh Salesforce deployment—ensuring it is fully utilized, integrated, and optimized for the commercial pipeline.
• Production LLM Integration: Build and deploy reliable, structured prompts that work flawlessly in production, connecting LLM outputs directly to business tools like Salesforce and Slack.
• C-Suite Advisory: Act as a strategic thinking partner and execution engine for a lean, senior leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

• Scale-Up DNA: Proven track record contracting within fast-paced startup/scale-up environments. You are highly comfortable with ambiguity and need zero hand-holding.
• Automation & Salesforce Mastery: Strong technical capability in process automation, middleware, and structuring Salesforce for operational excellence.
• Practical LLM Expertise: Real-world experience engineering prompts and connecting LLM outputs to core business systems (you know where models fail and how to build around it).
• High Gravitas: The confidence to work closely alongside C-Suite executives, push for deadlines, and challenge the status quo.
