This contract offers the opportunity to shape how AI-driven personalisation and decisioning experiences are designed and delivered at scale. You will play a hands-on role within a fast-moving programme focused on improving both customer-facing journeys and internal campaign tooling, with a strong emphasis on speed, usability, and commercial impact.

The Role and Deliverables


  • Design UX for personalisation and decisioning systems, including next-best-action experiences across digital channels
  • Redesign campaign and journey workflows to reduce manual effort and improve scalability and usability
  • Translate complex AI, data, and decisioning logic into clear, intuitive user interfaces
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on user flows, email experiences, and product features in parallel with engineering delivery
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to align UX with technical and commercial goals
  • Establish consistent UX patterns for personalisation across web, app, and CRM touchpoints


Your Skills & Experience


  • Strong experience designing UX for digital products, particularly within personalisation, CRM, or MarTech contexts
  • Proven ability to simplify complex systems and workflows into clear, efficient user experiences
  • Exposure to decisioning or next-best-action frameworks and tools within enterprise environments
  • Comfortable working at pace in ambiguous, scale-up or consultancy-style settings
  • Confident collaborating with engineering and product teams on build-ready designs
  • Practical, delivery-focused mindset with an understanding of commercial outcomes
