Job Title: OKR Strategy Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced OKR Strategy Manager to design, implement, and drive an OKR framework that supports business performance, productivity, and commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong project or programme management experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders to turn strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an effective OKR framework across the business.
• Define objectives, key results, governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes.
• Drive adoption of OKRs and ensure they are Embedded into day-to-day business operations.
• Use tools such as Jira to support OKR tracking, visibility, and delivery governance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align OKRs with business priorities and financial performance.
• Drive productivity improvements and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Challenge progress, identify risks, and ensure focus remains on value delivery rather than milestone tracking.
• Support teams in translating strategic goals into clear, actionable, and measurable outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience designing, implementing, or managing OKRs.
• Background in project, programme, strategy, or business performance management.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link delivery activity to financial performance.
• Experience driving productivity, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Ability to challenge teams constructively and maintain focus on business value.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in technology, infrastructure, or operationally complex environments.
