Delivery Lead - Banking Data / Remediation at Henderson Scott, Multiple Locations, £500-£700 per day

Outside IR35 9-12 months Hybrid London workshops June start

We are supporting a specialist consultancy delivering a high-profile banking remediation and data transformation programme and are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join the team.

This is not a traditional Project Manager, PMO or business-facing Product Owner role.

We need someone who can operate close to engineering and data teams, get into the detail, challenge technical thinking and help unblock complex delivery issues across banking remediation, data platforms and regulatory change.

The successful candidate will need recent banking experience and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with senior stakeholders while still being comfortable in detailed delivery conversations with engineers, architects and technical teams.

Key experience required:

* Recent banking experience
* Technical delivery leadership across data/platform transformation
* Remediation, customer redress, regulatory change or regulatory reporting exposure
* Strong data/platform understanding - data migration, integration, APIs, cloud/data platforms
* Ability to work closely with engineers and architects to resolve delivery issues
* Experience across large-scale, multi-team or complex delivery environments
* Strong, concise stakeholder communication
