PMO Coordinator – Birmingham
X2 days per week onsite
£350 – 375 P/D Outside IR35
We are looking for a highly organised PMO Coordinator to support TSA management, governance, and operational processes across a major business divestment programme.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and administration of TSA contracts across the business
- Maintain accurate and auditable records for change requests, approvals, and execution statuses
- Ensure TSA documentation and tracking processes are consistently updated and maintained
- Assist in formalising and improving operational processes within TSA documentation
- Drive process governance, compliance, and adherence across stakeholders and teams
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements
- Act as a key control point for documentation standards and operational accuracy
Requirements
- Previous experience in a PMO Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Programme Support role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working within governance-heavy or transformation environments
- Proactive, methodical, and process-driven approach
- Strong stakeholder communication and administration skills
- Experience supporting TSA, divestment, or transformation programmes is desirable
