BSS Project Manager - Outside - Remote

We are looking for an BSS focused project manager to join the team and guide the delivery of our networks. You will be the key driver in this transformation with key leadership across all teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans that align dependencies across Networks, OSS/BSS, Security, and Enterprise IT.
• Chair working sessions and steering meetings; publish clear progress reports, RAID updates, and milestone tracking.
• Establish and manage a single front-door intake process for technology projects, ensuring prioritisation and stakeholder visibility.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle: Design ? Build ? Test ? Deploy, including HLD/LLD sign-off, lab validation, implementation plans, and rollback procedures.
• Manage vendor and third-party partners
• Work with PMO to align all Network and IT projects with corporate objectives and delivery timelines.
• Drive delivery quality through consistent project frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL).
• Support the build-out of scalable OSS/BSS architecture (aligning to TM Forum/ODA frameworks).

Must Haves

• Strong Telco experience
• Deep experience operating within an BSS environment

• Day Rate: £450/day (outside IR35)
• Location: Fully Remote
• Length: Initial 6 months (will be extended beyond - projected for 2-3 years of work)
