CRM Solution Architect - Contract - Outside IR35 - £700/day - 6 months initial contract

Remote-first with occasional onsite meetings in London

We're supporting a global B2B software organisation undergoing a major CRM assessment and rationalisation programme across multiple business units and international teams.

They are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to conduct an independent assessment of a complex CRM estate, currently including multiple Salesforce environments alongside other platforms and business systems.

This role is focused on:

• Assessing the current CRM landscape and architecture
• Rationalising multiple CRM instances and identifying future-state options
• Producing solution designs and strategic recommendations
• Engaging senior stakeholders across technology and business teams
• Providing a vendor-neutral perspective on CRM strategy and platform direction

Ideal experience:

• Strong background in CRM Solution Architecture
• Exposure to a broad range of CRM platforms (not just Salesforce)
• Ability to assess complex enterprise environments and define future-state architecture
• Experience delivering strategic CRM transformation or consolidation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
