AI Transformation Change Manager

Contract - 6 months

Outside IR35 - £750-800pd

Bournemouth - Hybrid (2/3 days a week on site)

We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced AI Transformation Change Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract.

This role will play a key part in delivering the framework & foundations for the rollout, adoption, and measurable usage of new AI-enabled tooling across Engineering and Product functions, helping embed AI-driven ways of working into day-to-day operations and delivery practices.

Working closely with senior technology and business leadership, the successful candidate will lead change activity across a large-scale transformation programme, while also collaborating with parallel strategic initiatives with overlapping stakeholders and dependencies.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption and embedding of AI-enabled tools and processes across Engineering and Product teams
  • Develop frameworks, governance, and foundational ways of working to support long-term AI enablement
  • Define and implement user adoption and engagement measures, including tracking, reporting, and success metrics
  • Lead change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness activity
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across tooling, capability uplift, delivery governance, and workforce transformation
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, HR, and wider business functions
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple transformation initiatives
  • Support cultural and behavioural change to drive sustainable adoption and business impact


Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide AI, digital, or technology transformation programmes
  • Strong background in change management within large, complex organisations
  • Experience creating adoption frameworks, governance models, or transformation foundations
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
  • Experience working within Engineering and Product-led environments (Agile / iterative delivery)
  • Strong programme coordination, planning, reporting, and delivery management capability
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments
