Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Business Change & Service Design Practitioner to support a government department on a major transformation programme. You’ll lead service design initiatives and drive business change to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service design and business change initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into practical service improvements
• Diagnose complex organisational challenges using systems thinking
• Drive adoption and embed new processes and behaviours
• Align user needs with business and operational goals
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops
• Track impact and continuously improve service delivery

Key Experience

• Strong background in business change/transformation in complex organisations
• Proven service design and delivery experience
• Expertise in stakeholder management and facilitation
• Ability to work across business, operations, and technology
• Experience embedding change and driving adoption
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
