Senior Server Engineer Required
£350 per day Outside IR35 - On Site Role in London - 3-6 Month Initial Contract to start ASAP
A leading NHS organisation based in London is seeking an experienced Senior Server Engineer for an initial 3–6 month contract, with potential for extension.
This role is fully onsite in London, 5 days per week, and candidates must be comfortable working onsite full time within a fast-paced NHS environment.

Contract Details
- £350 per day
- Outside IR35 (via Limited Company)
- Initial 3–6 month contract, to interview and start ASAP
- Provide BAU and project-based Microsoft Server support across critical NHS infrastructure
- Support and maintain VMware virtualised environments
- Deliver SAN replacement and storage infrastructure upgrade activities
- Administer and support Active Directory services, including user, group and policy management
- Troubleshoot server, storage and infrastructure issues to minimise downtime
- Support infrastructure resilience, patching, backups and system performance improvements
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure continuity of critical healthcare services
- Strong Microsoft Server infrastructure experience
- Proven VMware administration/support skills
- Hands-on SAN/storage upgrade or replacement experience (Dell PowerStore experience desirable)
- Active Directory administration expertise
- Linux experience would be desirable, but is not essential
- Previous NHS or highly regulated environment experience is desirable
