A high-profile technology consultancy is looking for a Resident Solutions Architect with deep Databricks expertise to join a London-based engagement. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to architect, deliver, and optimise data platform solutions at scale - combining hands-on technical delivery with strategic advisory.

What you'll be doing

• Architecting and delivering data engineering and analytics solutions on Databricks
• Advising enterprise clients across cloud strategy and platform design
• Leading hands-on development across the full data platform life cycle
• Driving performance optimisation and scalability across distributed systems
• Supporting CI/CD and MLOps practices for production deployments

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in data engineering & analytics; 10+ years consulting
• Databricks delivery Minimum 6-8 projects with hands-on development experience
• Cloud platforms, working knowledge across 2+ of AWS, Azure, GCP; deep expertise in one
• Spark & distributed computing
• Deep experience including Spark runtime internals
• Certification - Databricks Data Engineering Professional (or equivalent) required
• MLOps & CI/CD
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling & CI/CD for production environments
