Your new role
To support service and system reviews through a combination of structured change management and detailed business process analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process reviews for ERP platforms and Building Services
• Capture and map AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes
• Assess operational impacts and support change planning and engagement
• Produce clear recommendations to support decision-making and implementation

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in business process analysis and service review work.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change.
• Experience with education systems and/or ERP platforms.
• Confident running workshops and working with frontline operational teams.
