Workday HCM Analyst – Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to London
Contract: Initial 6 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement and administration of the Workday platform for a leading organisation.

This is a remote-first contract role with occasional travel to London for stakeholder meetings and project workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Workday HCM configuration and business processes
• Manage system changes, testing, and release activities
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
• Support process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or HRIS Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and reporting
• Experience with Workday business processes and security
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Desirable:

• Experience with additional Workday modules
• Workday certifications
• Integration experience beneficial
