Job Title: Oracle Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - 3 Days per week onsite (Midlands)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract - Outside IR35

Oracle Project Manager needed for the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP integrations across Legacy and new Oracle Cloud ERP applications.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP integrations
• Manage build activities, unit/system testing, release management, and production cutover.
• Coordinate and lead distributed nearshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reporting.
• Track burn-down/burn-up metrics and maintain transparency of programme progress.
• Manage and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior programme leadership.
• Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver against challenging timelines.
• Support budget tracking and delivery forecasting in collaboration with senior leadership.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience delivering Oracle ERP integration projects as an Oracle Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex inbound and outbound integrations.
• Hands-on Agile delivery expertise, including sprint ceremonies, reporting, and delivery governance.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading distributed teams across nearshore and offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to drive accountability.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Exposure to or familiarity with .NET technologies within Legacy estates.
