Deliver governance, administration, and optimisation of an organisation’s Atlassian Cloud environment. The role focuses on improving system structure, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, and enabling internal teams through training and knowledge transfer so they can manage the platform independently.

Key Responsibilities
Governance & Standards
- Support end users and standardise projects, workflows, permissions, fields, and naming conventions
- Review current Atlassian setup and usage
- Define governance model (roles, responsibilities, change control)
- Recommend licensing, apps, and integrations
- Manage users, groups, projects, and spaces
- Maintain workflows, automations, SLAs, queues, and templates
- Oversee apps and integrations
- Perform regular housekeeping (clean-up, access reviews, consistency checks)
- Ensure scalable, consistent configurations across teams (delivery, service, engineering, product)
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Assess training needs across user groups
- Deliver role-based training sessions and materials
- Produce admin guides and playbooks
- Support handover to internal teams for ongoing management
