  • Provide functional BA support to a COINS ERP upgrade (v12.05), enhancements, and data migration activities.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure COINS supports commercial controls, governance, and reporting.
  • Support user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
  • Act as a trusted intermediary between business users and IT delivery teams.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven COINS ERP experience (essential)
  • Strong background as a functional / business‑facing Business Analyst.
  • Experience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements, and data migration from a business perspective.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes, ideally within construction or housebuilding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Confidence to challenge current processes and drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Experience producing process maps, functional requirements, and SOP documentation.
  • Proficient with Visio or similar tools.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience delivering at least one BoQ implementation, ideally within COINS.
  • Exposure to ERP cloud migration readiness or preparation.
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
