Senior Service Designer - Telco (Contract)

Location: UK (hybrid/remote depending on candidate availability
Contract: 3 months initially

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer with a strong Telecommunications (Telco) background to support services related to fixed and mobile connectivity.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working within a Telecommunications (Telco) environment
• Strong experience operating as a Senior Service Designer on complex, service-led programmes
• Solid knowledge of Fixed Connectivity solutions
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Networks, with specific hands-on experience of APN (Access Point Name)

Essential Technical Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of APN configuration and management, acting as the gateway between mobile networks and public or private data networks
• Knowledge of IP addressing, security methods, and enterprise mobile connectivity
• Experience supporting or designing mobile data services and resolving connectivity issues

Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end service design activities across telecom-related products and services
• Collaborate with technical, network, and business stakeholders
• Design and improve customer and internal service experiences
• Ensure services are scalable, secure, and aligned with Telco best practices
