Senior Technical Lead Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Contract | 6 months | Outside IR35 | Competitive Day Rate | Hybrid

We are recruiting a Senior Technical Lead Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience for an initial 6?month contract.

This is a hands?on technical leadership role, ideal for a senior developer who enjoys owning technical delivery while providing light?touch line management, mentoring and coaching. The role does not involve heavy people management but does require clear technical authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Build and customise Dynamics using plugins, workflows and integrations
• Act as technical escalation point across the development team
• Provide mentoring and coaching to developers
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions while remaining hands?on

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Advanced C#/.NET development (plugins, workflows, integrations)
• Client'side development including JavaScript and customisations
• Experience integrating Dynamics with other systems using Azure
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Proven experience working in a senior or lead?level technical role
