Role:

As an Enterprise Architect with a focus on Messaging and Collaboration, responsible for the continuous development of the Microsoft 365 services we provide to our customer. Architect, an expert who understands customer requirements and can translate them into production-ready implementations on the infrastructure. Designing maintenance scripts, Exchange configurations settings, migration solutions, or other collaboration-relevant parameters from customer requests and pass these on for implementation by the operations teams.

Main responsibilities:

• E2E responsibility for Azure Automation Framework solution, including maintenance, development and troubleshooting.
• Development of solution designs
• Responsible for customer consultations and internal project discussions in the area of Microsoft 365, including the development and monitoring of migration procedures.
• Creation of architecture designs in Visio and definition of use cases for products and solutions.
• Continuous development of the architecture concept and integration of new customer requirements.
• Transition of the elaborated solutions into documentation and appropriate tools.
• Technical leadership of the solution implementation.
• Understanding customer requirements and needs and translate them into solutions and products.
• Proactively follow, evaluate new Microsoft services and features and give recommendations to the customer how these solutions can improve their cloud journey.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in planning collaboration concepts or creating messaging designs.
• Professional experience in different mail migration scenarios.
• Knowledge in protocol IP, Microsoft 365, Azure, Powershell, Exchange Online and On-Premises services (senior), Hybrid Infrastructure and optional software development.
• Experience with MS Visio.
• Understanding of enterprise architectures, network architectures, and analytical thinking in complex environments.
• Certifications are an advantage, especially:
  • Azure Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Messaging and M365
  • ITIL\xc2\xae Foundation
