Senior Consultant - Technology Operating Model Transformation
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Central London)
Contract: 6 month
Rate: £500- £600/day
IR35: Outside
REQUIRED - NPPV 2 or 3 AND SC.
The OpportunitySR2 is supporting a major transformation programme within a policing environment, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the design and delivery of a technology operating model transformation.
This is part of a broader shift in how policing organisations structure, govern and deliver technology- so you'll be working at the heart of a high-profile, complex reform environment.
You'll take ownership from strategy through to implementation, helping shape and embed a modern technology operating model in a fast-moving, high-assurance setting. Expect to:
- Lead technology operating model design (TOM)
- Translate strategy into practical, implementable structures
- Define governance, processes and service models
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across technology and operations
- Drive real-world adoption, not just design
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience delivering technology operating model transformations end-to-end
- Strong background in consulting or complex transformation environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate at pace
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Director/C-suite level)
Highly desirable:
- Experience within policing, law enforcement, defence, or wider public sector
- Exposure to high-assurance or regulated environments
