Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Delivery Lead to take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of strategic business initiatives—from approval through to measurable benefit realisation.

This role sits on the business side of change delivery, ensuring initiatives deliver against defined commercial, operational and customer outcomes. You will operate in a dual leadership model alongside Technical Delivery, influencing product and technology decisions where required to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Ownership & Benefits Realisation
• Accountable for delivery of business initiatives and associated outcomes
• Define, track and evidence benefit realisation against agreed KPIs
• Provide direction to delivery teams, business analysts and operational stakeholders
• Ensure delivery decisions remain aligned to commercial and strategic objectives

Essential:

• Previously worked on a customer Loyalty/Rewards Programme in a Business Delivery/Business Change capacity
• Extensive experience delivering complex business change or transformation programmes
• Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong commercial awareness (cost, value, risk balance)
• Experience working in a dual delivery model across business and technology
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive level
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery in complex environments
