🚨 Contract Opportunity | Business Delivery Lead | Outside IR35 | £525 per day | 2-3 months | Immediate Start

I’m currently supporting a client on an urgent requirement for a Business Delivery Lead to support a major loyalty platform transformation project.

This is a senior business-side delivery role, focused on ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully delivered, embedded, and driving measurable business outcomes.

The project is already in full swing, so we need someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and confidently operate across business, product, operations and technical teams.

Key focus areas include:

• Business ownership of key change initiatives

• Organisational readiness and go-live planning

• Stakeholder alignment across Commercial, Operations, Product and Technology

• Governance, RAID management and executive reporting

• Benefits tracking and realisation

• Working closely with offshore technical teams (engineering team based in China)

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience leading complex business change or transformation initiatives

• Proven delivery ownership and benefits realisation

• Confidence operating at senior stakeholder / executive level

• Experience working alongside technical delivery teams in a shared accountability model

• Strong governance, delivery and organisational readiness capability

• Experience managing international or offshore delivery environments is highly desirable
