We are seeking an experienced Technical Digital Business Analyst/Product Owner with a strong background in digital, web, omni-channel, and eCommerce initiatives, all with a significant technical component.

The ideal candidate will have delivered across a range of complex retail programmes, such as global web platform rebuilds, location-based delivery messaging, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) integrations, geo-targeting, conversion optimisation, and logistics improvements. You will be comfortable diving into detail, identifying root causes of issues, and guiding teams toward effective, pragmatic solutions.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within high street retail environments (as opposed to retail banking) and who have exposure to modern eCommerce platforms such as SFCC or comparable technologies. In addition, experience or familiarity with AI-driven initiatives in a digital retail context-such as personalisation, recommendation engines, or data-driven optimisation, is highly desirable.

In this role, you will collaborate across the business, working closely with development and architecture teams to drive projects from inception through to delivery and go-live. Strong stakeholder engagement, technical understanding, and delivery focus are essential.

This is a UK-based, fully remote role operating outside IR35.
