Performance Analyst - 6 months - Remote - £400-£500 per day outside ir35 (depending on experience)

Please note: Due to the nature of the project, successful applicants will be required to be SC cleared prior to appointment.

My client is a global leading IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for 2 Performance Analysts to join them on a new SoW.

Key Skills:

  • Strong performance analysis skills, translating programme goals into measurable KPIs and actionable insights
  • Experience supporting programme roadmaps and prioritised product backlogs in Agile environments
  • Advanced data analysis capability with a focus on evidence-based decision making
  • Ability to produce clear, structured analytical documentation for governance and audit purposes
  • Experience contributing to assurance, standards definition, and governance forums
  • Good understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and regulated/public sector environments
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, including communicating insights to senior and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver consistent outputs on a fortnightly cadence aligned to SOW timelines

This temporary contract is outside IR35 and will be delivered on a statement-of-work basis. The supplier will determine the method, resources, and approach to deliver the agreed outcomes

This temporary contract requires the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should meet the relevant residency requirements. If applicable, reserved post nationality restrictions will be confirmed by the client.
