Rate: £425 per day (Outside IR35)

Role Overview

We are seeking two Performance Analysts to support a new Statement of Work within the public sector. The role will focus on performance analysis, KPI development, and delivery insight within a public sector Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate programme objectives into clear KPIs and performance metrics
• Deliver advanced performance and data analysis to support decision-making
• Support programme roadmaps and prioritised product backlogs
• Produce structured analytical documentation for governance and audit
• Contribute to assurance activities, standards definition, and governance forums
• Communicate insights clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver consistent outputs on a fortnightly cadence aligned to SOW timelines

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong performance analysis experience within complex programmes
• Advanced data analysis and evidence-based reporting capability
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Understanding of GDS standards and public sector/regulatory settings
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
