Ink Search are representing a large and prestigious energy and commodities trading organisation based in Switzerland. As part of a wider transformation programme, the organisation is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to support the delivery of its new HRIS system Workday HR.

This role acts as the Technology Delivery Lead and works closely with the Business Programme Manager within HR. The focus is on coordinating and driving the IT technical agenda, ensuring effective delivery across HR, IT, external implementation partners and internal technology teams. The successful candidate will be a dynamic delivery leader, comfortable navigating a complex, multi-country organisation with 1,000+ users. They will bring strong experience coordinating HR, business and technology stakeholders in the successful implementation of Workday HRIS.

The role requires someone with a proactive delivery mindset, strong Agile delivery management experience, and the ability to facilitate daily stand-ups, manage Jira-based delivery tracking, coordinate dependencies, remove impediments and keep internal and external teams aligned. Successful applicants MUST have experience supporting and managing an end-to-end Workday HR implementation within a large and complex business environment. Experience delivering similar programmes within Financial Services, Investment Banking or Commodities Trading would be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in Agile delivery management, stakeholder coordination, vendor/SI coordination, delivery governance and budget follow-up. The project is expected to start by May 2026 at the latest. The role is 80%+ remote, with expensed business travel to Switzerland as required. English language skills are essential; German or French would be an advantage.
