ServiceNow Architect at X4 Technology, London Area, £650 per day

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Day Rate: £650/day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in London)

Contract Length: 6 months (extendable)

ServiceNow Architect - Role & Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules (service lifecycle management, order management, network inventory).
• Implementation & Integration: Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems, using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Domain Expertise: Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
• Governance & Mentorship: Guide developers, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, customization, and platform upgrades.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks.

ServiceNow Architect - Required Experience

• Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Telecom domains (NOC operations, network lifecycle, service assurance).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, and CMDB/CSDM frameworks.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in software platforms, with a significant focus on architecture.
