You'll be responsible for shaping and scaling a consistent, high-performing approach to Product across an organisation.
Led multiple Product teams across different industries
A strong track record as a Product coach, enabling teams to do their best work
A passion for elevating Product craft, ways of working, and outcomes
You'll need to bring experience in inspiring, aligning, and unlocking the full potential of teams
Defining and embedding a common approach to how we do Product
Maximising the value of our toolset (eg Atlassian, Miro, Figma)
Leading how we adapt and evolve with AI across Product practices
Measuring and clearly communicating the impact of Product & Creative Operations
This is a role for someone who thrives on building systems, coaching leaders, and creating the conditions for teams to excel.
