Programme Manager, Law Firm, Holborn, London, £750-950 per day, outside IR35 - 12 month contract
We are now recruiting an exceptional Programme Manager to join a specialist Law Firm with around 400 employees, based in the City of London near Liverpool Street.
What we are ideally looking for is a Programme Manager with sophisticated stakeholder management skills, commercial agility and the ability to enthusiastically introduce transformation within the change hesitant' culture of a traditional' law firm setting.
The law firm wishes to introduce a series of changes within the practice aimed around enabling a more agile, consolidated and collaborative working environment, which includes standardising ways of working, and introducing new technology to enable fee earners and partners to work in a more agile manner.
The Programme Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer/Board of Management within this LLP law firm and is tasked to lead a process to fully assess and document the current 'As Is' landscape from an IT, systems, people and business process viewpoint.
The Programme Manager will then lead a process to define and implement a 'To Be' or 'What success looks like' Target Operating Model for the law firm, as well as keeping an eye out for potential quick wins' along the journey to build and maintain stakeholder confidence in the potential benefits of adopting change.
This Target Operating Model will need to include suitable technology for remotely-working professionals, the introduction of new legal systems and solutions and enable greater engagement with E-commerce and social networking channels, and the managed further use of legal AI technology.
The client seeks to recruit a very experienced Project Manager or Programme Manager to lead this end-to-end change programme.
Ideally we seek a Project Manager or Programme Manager with experience of delivering transformation and enterprise change within legal, financial or similar professional services sectors.
Highly-desirable experience includes introducing document management systems such as FIleSite/WorkSite and experience of legal applications such as Elite, Interaction, Aderant, or Carpe Diem.
Additionally, experience of introducing AI with guardrails' into professional organisations, along with setting policies, protocols, and introducing training to support the pragmatic use of AI would be an advantage.
