Programme Support Analyst with Telco Sector experience

Overview
A Programme Support Analyst is required to provide governance, assurance and delivery coordination across complex programmes. The role supports programme leadership with governance processes, reporting, risk management and operational coordination across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support programme governance, including preparing agendas, tracking actions and maintaining RAID logs.
  • Coordinate programme boards, SteerCos and working groups.
  • Maintain documentation, ensure version control and support change control processes.
  • Track milestones, dependencies and delivery progress across workstreams.
  • Produce dashboards, reports and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
  • Highlight risks, issues and dependencies through structured reporting.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and communication between teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons-learned activities.

Essential Experience

  • Experience supporting large or complex programmes or portfolios within the telecommunications industry or a comparable corporate delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk/issue management and delivery controls.
  • Experience producing programme reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments with strong attention to detail.
  • Project or programme management qualifications (eg, PRINCE2, MSP, PMI) desirable.
