- Service Now structure, automation workflow, and implementation
- Service Design of product management and support workflows across several hundred products
- Service Design for a platform-based product delivery model that underpins hundreds of products
- Use of Dynamic Cis for product discovery and association
- Integration with observability tools such as Datadog • Familiarity with AWS or Confluent Cloud an advantage
