- Lead end-to-end architecture of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud digital launches
- Design scalable Sales Cloud architectures for high-volume customer journeys and workflows
- Define secure, resilient integration architectures with telco billing and provisioning systems
- Set performance, security and best-practice standards for Omni-Studio service experiences
- Telco industry experience highly beneficial for complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures
- This role requires occasional onsite days in London to coincide with essential stakeholder meetings
