Salesforce Telco Architect | £650 – £750 | Outside IR35 | 6 Months | Hybrid Remote

We’re recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Architect with experience in the Telecomms industry for a 6-Month contract role. This is a pivotal role supporting a client launching a new product line requiring scalable service processes, custom solutions and optimised customer journeys. This position is determined as Outside IR35 and is offered on a Hybrid remote basis.

Key Requirements

• Lead end-to-end architecture of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud digital launches
• Design scalable Sales Cloud architectures for high-volume customer journeys and workflows
• Define secure, resilient integration architectures with telco billing and provisioning systems
• Set performance, security and best-practice standards for Omni-Studio service experiences
• Telco industry experience highly beneficial for complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures
• This role requires occasional onsite days in London to coincide with essential stakeholder meetings
