Interim Programme Delivery Lead

We are supporting a retail organisation undertaking a critical phase of retail systems and transformation delivery. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join at short notice and take ownership of key workstreams across business, technology and delivery partners.
The role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of core retail and merchandising system initiatives
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and systems integrators
- Own delivery governance, plans, dependencies, risks and milestones
- Ensure solutions are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines and business outcomes
- Provide direction and leadership across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment
- Bring structure, momentum and assurance to a complex programme of work
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering retail or commercial technology programmes
- Strong interim background operating in complex, matrixed organisations
- Deep understanding of retail, merchandising, supply chain or commercial systems
- Experience in Oracle Retail
- Comfortable leading multiple stakeholders at a senior level
- Hands-on delivery lead mindset – pragmatic, outcomes-focused and resilient
- Able to operate on-site 2 days per week, with flexibility the rest of the time
