What we are looking for is a sharp mid-tier Service architect who can hold their own on amendment and exception work: custom SLAs, new technology introductions (think CVE management), and the bits of a partner-operated LAN/SD-WAN service that fall outside the standard wrap.

There is a strong service architecture lead already in post - this isn't a greenfield gig, and we're not looking for someone to design the next big thing from scratch.

You'll be assisting an established team for a leading global telco. The service model is solid; your job is to take customer-specific deviations through documentation, stakeholder sign-off, and operational readiness - without breaking the underlying machine. At Go-Zero gates you'll attend in a confirmation capacity, verifying service assurance has signed off the custom elements, rather than waving the architecture flag yourself.

You'll fit if you:

• Have done bid-stage service architecture in telco, managed services, or connectivity
• Know G0/Go-Zero/RFP gate language as second nature
• Can read an existing service model and surgically identify where a customer requirement deviates
• Are happy contributing under a strong lead rather than being the lead voice
