We’re looking for a ServiceNow Platform Security Architect to take ownership of the ongoing security of a customer’s ServiceNow platform, working on behalf of a delivery partner.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to security authority for the platform, ensuring the ServiceNow instance remains secure, compliant and aligned with both internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.

You’ll sit across architecture, operations and advisory, providing day-to-day oversight, spotting and managing risk early and giving clear, practical guidance across all areas of platform security.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience across the ServiceNow platform, particularly ITSM, SecOps, and IRM/GRC
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow security architecture and control mechanisms
• Experience in platform governance, risk management, and security assurance
• Familiarity with regulated environments and common compliance frameworks
• Ability to assess and improve security posture in live, operational platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with customer security team
