Interim HRIS Programme Manager - (Day Rate - Outside IR35)
We're currently working alongside a leading Hospitality & Leisure business in their search for an Interim HRIS Programme Manager. The role will run for an initial 12 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2/3 days per week in the office.
Our client is looking for this person to lead the end-to-end delivery of their workforce and people systems transformation programme. Drive structured, on-time implementation of Dayforce across all functional workstreams, ensuring robust governance, clear accountability and measurable outcomes. Act as the central point of coordination between the Steering Group, workstream leads and the vendor, ensuring programme principles are upheld and business value is realised.
