The Role
- Ownership of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define requirements
- Ensure the CRM platform supports business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development and delivery
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
- Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in sales technology transformation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- A strong understanding of product lifecycle management
