Specific PMO Deliverables you will need to supply:

• Weekly PMO Meeting
• Weekly Status Report
• RAID Log
• Change Request Log
• Decision Log
• Requirements Matrix
• Fit-Gap Matrix
• Project Completion Report and Certificate, Conclusions and Lessons Learnt

Specific Deliverables

• Interim Assessment Report: Captures Discovery outputs, early insights, risks, and preliminary recommendations.
• Fit-Gap Matrix: All requirements logged, categorised, and validated; gaps defined with evidence.
• API Assessment: Includes maturity scoring, security assessment, gap analysis, and future roadmap.
• Data Lake Feasibility: Includes architecture options, data flows, readiness indicators, and risk assessment.
• Final Assessment Report: Consolidated findings, prioritised recommendations, and clear future-state roadmap.
