Change Analyst at Xpertise, Tower of London, £400-£425 per day

Change Analyst | 6 months | £400-£450 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (London/Thames Valley)

New contract opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to support a major Dynamics 365 Transformation Programme. This role is key in analysing change impacts, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring clear, accurate insight feeds into broader change delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed change impact assessments across processes, roles, and teams.
• Support the production of communication materials, training content, and readiness outputs.
• Maintain stakeholder maps, risk logs, and adoption trackers to support decision?making.
• Gather feedback from the business and provide clear analysis to Change Leads and programme leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting large'scale, digitally enabled transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical capability with a solid understanding of change management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ideally, exposure to CRM/ERP programmes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience beneficial).
