About the Role

We are looking for experienced Integration Engineers to support a growing digital engineering function, focused on building and scaling Azure-native integrations across the business.

This role sits within a small but high-impact integrations team, working on key transformation initiatives including finance system integration and international business modernisation.

The organisation is transitioning away from legacy integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft) towards a more scalable, Azure-first architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Azure-native integrations using:
  • Logic Apps
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
  • Develop and extend integrations using Python and/or JavaScript
  • Build workflows to enable data movement across systems (e.g. finance, HR, operational platforms)
  • Support integration of newly acquired / evolving business units (e.g. US systems)
  • Work autonomously on assigned integration domains while collaborating with a lean engineering team
  • Ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, and performant
  • Troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows and integrations

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Power Apps / Power Platform
  • Azure Service Bus (or messaging/event-driven systems)
  • Experience building integrations using Python and/or JavaScript
  • Proven ability to design and deliver integrations independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal oversight

Desirable:

  • Previous experience with integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, iPaaS tools)
  • Experience working in retail or fast-paced digital environments
  • Exposure to finance or HR system integrations

Working Environment

  • Small, fast-moving integration team
  • High degree of ownership — engineers work on their own problem spaces
  • Focus on delivery speed and impact
  • Hybrid working (Manchester or London, flexible given urgency)

Why Join?

  • Be a key player in a major digital transformation, driving automation and advanced integrations.
  • Work in a collaborative, DevOps-led, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow and make a real impact.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to influence future technology and data strategy.
