Location: Remote (Open to UK and European Consultants)

• some travel may be needed to client site throughout engagement, any costs incurred will be reimbursed as expenses

Duration: 3 months (high likelihood of extension to 12–24 months)

Start Date: Early May (fast-moving process)

Day Rate: £650-700

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Role Overview

We’re supporting a fast-paced organisation on the appointment of a Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme, with a particular focus on Customer Service.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in execution rather than strategy - bringing structure, pace, and credibility to an established programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams (Scrum / iterative delivery
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress, and outcome
• Coordinate effectively with offshore delivery teams (primarily India-based
• Maintain delivery momentum, manage risks/issues, and ensure high-quality outputs

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (essential)
• Experience working with offshore / distributed teams (essential)
• Strong background in Agile delivery / Scrum Master environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
• Focus on delivery execution rather than high-level strategy
