Job Title: Project Manager
Location: UK (Remote/Flexible with occasional onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the BD Support automation project from initiation through go-live
- Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and RAID logs
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and delivery teams
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across all parties
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to enable internal capability building
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and third-party vendors
- Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers, escalating when required
- Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and fully documented for handover
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft stack-based automation or digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to operate in an Outside IR35 contract setup
- Based in London with flexibility to travel to client site when required
