Salesforce Product Manager//Outside IR35//Central Gov at Tecknuovo Ltd, Bristol, 5 Months, £Contract Rate

Location: Remote with monthly travel to Bristol
Contract: Initial 5 months
Rate: £575 per day (Outside IR35)

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to support a central government client on a digital transformation programme, focused on a migration to Salesforce. Tecknuovo are the digital delivery partner on this project.

You will take ownership of the product vision and roadmap, working closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and users to shape a service aligned to GDS principles. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive outcomes and play a key part in shaping the migration approach and overall service design.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Manager on Salesforce programmes
• Strong understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) ways of working
• Experience working within UK public sector/government environments
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional digital teams (engineering, design, BA)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap
• Drive outcome-focused delivery aligned to GDS standards
• Prioritise product backlog based on user needs, value, and policy context
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and BA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead and shape the Salesforce migration approach
• Engage stakeholders across government to align on priorities and outcomes
• Ensure continuous improvement through user feedback and data-driven decisions
