D365 F&O Integration Engineer / Developer | Contract | £500 per day | Outside IR35 | UK Remote / Hybrid

Overview

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Integration Engineer / Developer to support a high-profile transformation programme. This role will focus on designing, building and optimising integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and a range of external systems. This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who is comfortable operating across architecture, development and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems
• Develop and maintain APIs, data pipelines and middleware solutions
• Work with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Support data migration and system interoperability across the wider platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with best practice
• Contribute to overall integration architecture and technical design decisions
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and delivery teams

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Proven background in integration development within D365 environments
• Solid experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
• Strong API development and management experience (REST / SOAP)
• Experience with data integration tools and patterns (OData, Data Entities, Dual Write)
• Proficiency in .NET / C# for integration development
• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and architecture
• Experience working in complex transformation or ERP programmes
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
