We are supporting a major transformation programme within a large, multi-site B2B organisation undergoing a significant AI-driven transformation across its sales operations.
This role will play a key part in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of a high-impact transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and external consulting partners. The focus is on embedding AI-driven capabilities into day-to-day sales activities across branch networks, with an initial pilot underway and rapid expansion planned across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused PMO role, suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a structured, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the overall programme plan, including milestones, timelines, dependencies and delivery tracking
- Coordinate programme governance, including calendars, reporting, and preparation of materials for senior stakeholder meetings
- Track and report on benefit realisation, ensuring programme outcomes are measurable and aligned to business objectives
- Support delivery of an AI transformation programme, ensuring alignment between business, technology and external partners
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure clear communication, transparency and delivery discipline
- Collaborate with third-party consulting partners, supporting programme coordination and ensuring internal alignment
- Maintain structured documentation, reporting packs and programme artefacts to support governance and decision-making
- Support rollout planning as the programme scales across additional branches and regions
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience working in a PMO / Programme Management Office role within transformation programmes
- Strong experience managing programme plans, timelines, governance and reporting structures
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage benefit realisation and programme outcomes
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally alongside consulting partners
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to AI or digital transformation programmes
- Background in management consulting or working closely with consulting firms
- Experience within B2B, multi-site or branch-based organisations
- Exposure to sales operations, commercial transformation or go-to-market programmes
- Experience within private equity-backed or performance-driven environments
