We are seeking a super Project Manager with healthcare interoperability experience to lead the deployment of an integration engine platform to healthcare clients.
The role is vendor-side, guiding clients through the full implementation lifecycle - from solution definition (working alongside a solutions consultant) through to build, testing and go-live. Projects are typically around 8 weeks in duration with multiple concurrent deployments, so this is fast-paced step-and-repeat delivery requiring someone who thrives on organised, repeatable execution.
You must have the following to apply:
- Exposure to healthcare interoperability and messaging standards, specifically HL7. Knowledge of FHIR is beneficial.
- Understanding of how integration engines pass messages between healthcare systems (eg hospital systems to laboratory systems)
- Proven project management delivery skills - building plans, driving tasks, managing testing with clients
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to guide healthcare organisations through technical integration projects
- Highly organised, proactive and autonomous with a go-getter attitude
This is a technical integration PM role. You don't need to be a deep technical specialist, but you must understand the interoperability landscape well enough to hold credible conversations and anticipate common pitfalls.
Please do not apply if:
- You do not have healthcare interoperability or HL7 exposure
- You are a generic PM without integration or messaging domain experience
- You are a programme manager or PMO professional
- You are seeking an on-site or hybrid role - this is fully remote
Fully remote. 3-month initial contract with possible extension. Outside IR35.

- We guarantee that every CV application will be viewed, assessed fairly and as such, please do not call for a status.
- Once an initial shortlist has been established, we do however guarantee to provide accurate feedback once any conversations have commenced with any candidates, and we are very transparent and timely about status and progress from that point forwards.
