This is a hands-on architecture role with full ownership across application, data, integration and security, delivering a bespoke in-house solution in a complex, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture (application, data, integration, security)
• Design cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Define High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Deliver integration architecture (REST APIs, messaging, event-driven patterns)
• Collaborate with engineering teams across build, test, deployment
• Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, security, resilience)
• Work within architecture governance frameworks (Design Authority, ARB)
• Engage senior stakeholders across business and IT

Required Experience

• Proven Solution Architect experience delivering custom-built/in-house systems
• Strong expertise in:
  • Microsoft Azure (cloud-native architecture)
  • Integration patterns (API, microservices, event-driven)
  • Data architecture & complex data flows
• Technical background in:
  • Java (Back End)
  • Angular (Front End)
  • Camunda/BPM/workflow tools
  • SQL Server/PostgreSQL
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
