Business Systems Lead (Dynamics Business Central) required for a leading client based in the North East. We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Lead to take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of line-of-business applications, integrations, and internally developed systems.

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to define and manage a portfolio of change initiatives. This includes driving new strategic priorities, delivering enhancements to existing features and functionality, resolving system issues, and ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of business services.

Significant experience leading solutions involving Business Central, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and the Microsoft development stack is essential.

You will also play a key role in coordinating and leading third-party vendors, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure predictable technology delivery and successful execution of projects and operational services.

Key skills and responsibilities,

• Strong experience leading and delivering solutions across Business Central, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and the Microsoft development stack.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Logical and analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible business language.

• Experience managing ERP platforms and broader enterprise systems responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering a portfolio of change across a complex systems landscape.
• Strong business partnering capabilities and experience operating within a Matrix delivery environment.
• Experience working within hybrid delivery models and managing third-party vendors and technology suppliers.
• Understanding of current system landscapes and contributing to the development of target architecture.
