Business Analyst D365 Business Central - Process Mapping - Contract - Fully Remote - Outside IR35 at Strike IT Services, Fully Remote, 2 Months, £Contract Rate

We are currently supporting a client on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) programme and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Process Mapping Consultant to support a critical phase of the project.

This role will play a key part in mapping end-to-end business processes and aligning them with Business Central, as well as supporting data mapping activities as part of an integration with a wider ERP landscape.

MUST HAVE MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 BUSINESS CENTRAL EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across core business functions aligned to Business Central
• Analyse current ("as-is") and design future ("to-be") processes within the BC environment
• Work closely with stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business processes
• Support data mapping activities between Business Central and the wider ERP systems
• Collaborate with technical teams on integration points and ensure process alignment
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation

Experience:

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven track record in business process mapping (eg BPMN, Visio, or similar tools)
• Experience with ERP integrations and understanding of data flows between systems
• Ability to perform data mapping and support integration design discussions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
